En présentant son 15ème tableau de bord de l’innovation, le Ministre François Loos a précisé : « 2005 a été une année dynamique et fructueuse pour l’innovation en France » . Document de référence qui présente deux fois par an, et depuis 1997, le bilan du développement de l’innovation technologique en France, ce rapport comporte dix-huit indicateurs couvrant 4 domaines (nouveaux capitaux, nouveaux entrepreneurs, nouvelles technologies et nouveaux usages) permettent de faire un état des lieux de l’innovation technologique.
Des niveaux records pour les fonds levés pour le capital-investissement.
Activité d’apport de fonds propres à des sociétés non cotées, les fonds levés pour le capital investissement ont atteint au second semestre 2005, 12 milliards d’euros, contre 2,2 milliards d’euros en 2004 ; le précédent record date de 2000 avec 6,1 milliards d’euros. La tendance à la baisse observée sur les quatre années précédentes est inversée.
· Création d’un marché non réglementé (Alternext) pour faciliter l’introduction en bourse des PME de croissance.
Fin 2005, 20 entreprises y sont côtés, dont 12 qui ont levé des fonds lors d’introduction en bourse. Ces fonds s’élèvent à 86 millions d’euros en fin d’année, contre 43 millions d’euros au premier semestre 2005.
· Poursuite de la progression de l’indice d’activité dans les secteurs technologiquement innovants.
On note une progression de + 1,9 % en glissement annuel, au cours du second semestre 2005. L’activité a surtout progressé dans les services informatiques (+ 3,2 %) et dans l’industrie des équipements de communication (+ 2,4 %).
· Création en 2005 de plus de 11 500 entreprises nouvelles ex nihilo dans les secteurs technologiquement innovants.
Il s’agit d’une progression de 3,4 % par rapport à 2004 ce qui correspond à une stabilisation à un niveau élevé des créations d’entreprises nouvelles.
En 2005, l’utilisation des nouvelles technologies par les particuliers a encore progressé :
· Les ventes de micro-ordinateurs au grand public n’ont jamais été aussi élevées
Elles ont dépassé près de 2,6 millions d’unités sur l’ensemble de l’année 2005 (+ 23 % par rapport à 2004) ;
50 % des ménages sont désormais équipés en micro-ordinateur en fin d’année 2005, (contre 33 % en 2001) ;
36,5 % des ménages sont connectés à l’internet à domicile (contre 18 % en 2001) ;
75 % des ménages ayant accès à l’internet à domicile sont connectés en haut débit ;
80 % des Français utilisent un téléphone mobile en fin d’année 2005, (contre 62 % en 2001).
